Integrated Care’s Outreach Services range from assisting Young people to locate their own accommodation through to moving into a unit provided by Integrated Care. We have been working successfully over the past eighteen years with Young Asylum Seekers, Care Leavers, Mothers and Babies and Young Adults with mental health problems.

All of our Outreach Workers are experienced and knowledgeable in the range of problems that confront Young People seeking to live alone for the first time. They are dedicated to this specialist area of provision and are able to provide or source the full range of facilities that are likely to be required. They can advise on tertiary education courses and will deliver an up to date package of independent living skills tailored to the needs of each Young Person.
