Formed in 1989 Integrated Care has been delivering quality caring solutions to many Local Authorities for over 18 years. Focused upon Children and Young People, we are currently working with Young Asylum Seekers and young people leaving care in our Supported Independence units at Bolton Road, Burns Avenue and Raleigh Road in London.

Working out from our offices at Isleworth we have Outreach Services supporting Young People, including single Mothers and their Babies, living in the Community.

In North London we manage a successful Residential Family Centre, registered with Ofsted, on behalf of the Beacon Lodge Trust. And in conjunction with our registered Fostering Services we can provide family placements for a wide range of Children and Young People in London, the West Country and on the South Coast. Our Fostering Service includes our Specialist Placements Scheme working in collaboration with the Lucy Faithful Foundation.

Integrated Care is committed to the pursuit of quality and the desire to enable all of its Young Service Users to aim high and aspire to succeed. To this end it has a vigorous staff training programme from induction through to qualifying training. Integrated Care encourages innovative and imaginative approaches to it’s service provision.
